By using SDPal ("the Extension", "the Service"), you agree to the following terms. If you do not agree, do not use SDPal.
1. Overview
SDPal is a Chrome extension that provides AI-powered study tools designed exclusively for the SABIS E-Book (master-cms.sabis.net). The service is operated by shazaib ("we", "us", "the Developer").
2. Eligibility
You must be a student or authorized user with access to SABIS ebook content. By using SDPal, you confirm that you have the right to access the SABIS platform and that your use complies with your school's acceptable use policies.
3. Accounts
You must create an account with a valid email address to use SDPal.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
One account per person. Sharing accounts is not permitted.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
4. Activation Codes & Payments
Premium features are unlocked via time-limited activation codes (30-day or 90-day).
Activation codes are non-transferable and single-use.
Once an activation code is redeemed, the subscription period begins immediately and cannot be paused or extended.
All purchases are final. Refunds are issued only at our sole discretion and only if the service is materially unavailable during your subscription period.
Prices are subject to change. Existing active subscriptions are not affected by price changes.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
Use SDPal for any purpose other than personal academic study.
Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with the extension or backend.
Share, resell, or redistribute activation codes.
Use automated tools or bots to interact with SDPal.
Abuse the AI features to generate harmful, offensive, or non-academic content.
Circumvent usage limits, authentication, or security measures.
6. AI-Generated Content
SDPal uses third-party AI models to generate summaries, quizzes, explanations, and other study materials. This content is provided as a study aid only.
AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies.
SDPal does not guarantee the correctness or completeness of any AI output.
You are responsible for verifying AI-generated content before relying on it for exams or assignments.
7. Privacy & Data
SDPal only activates on the SABIS E-Book website.
Selected text is sent to our secure backend for AI processing but is not stored permanently.
Passwords are hashed using PBKDF2 and are never stored in plain text.
All connections use HTTPS encryption.
We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties.
We may collect anonymized usage data (feature usage counts, error logs) to improve the service.
8. Service Availability
SDPal is provided "as-is" without warranty of any kind.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
We may update, modify, or discontinue features at any time.
Downtime due to maintenance, API provider issues, or other factors is not grounds for a refund.
9. Intellectual Property
All SDPal code, design, branding, and content are the property of the Developer. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of SDPal without written permission.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of SDPal, including but not limited to academic outcomes, data loss, or service interruptions.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of SDPal after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. The "last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision.
